Our Services
Maquila of green and toasted coffee.
Our production processes, state-of-the-art technology and trained personnel allow us to be an ally of Colombian coffee growers by providing the coffee processing service, better known as maquila.
Threshing of specialty coffees (Small batch).
We process small batches of up to 2,000 kilograms of coffee to extract by means of specialized machines the film or endocarp that covers the beans, turning it into green coffee ready for the roasting process.
Semi-roasted Coffee.
Through a thermal process, the moisture of our customers' green coffee bean is reduced to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product for a long period of time.

Roasted Coffee
We offer Roasted Colombian Arabica coffee beans with a roasting curve adjusted to the client's requirements
Roasted and ground coffee
We offer roasted and ground Colombian Arabica coffee according to the customer's request.
Green Coffee
Manufacturing Coffee offers a type of ground green coffee unique in the market, which preserves chlorogenic acid, which brings health benefits such as: Improvement of the immune system, reduction of body fat, antioxidant properties, among others.
Instant coffee
It is a soluble coffee, with a 100% dehydration in the roasting process, which becomes an infusion by attaching water and then the soluble powder of the coffee is obtained from a steam drying process in a drying chamber. This process is known as the Dry Spray and not only concentrates the extracts of the coffee, but adds durability to the product, obtaining as a result a soft and balanced cup with acidic notes characteristic of Colombian Arabica. Granulated instant coffee
Is a soluble coffee, dehydrated, steam dried by the Spray Dry method. Its final texture is achieved by attaching steam water in drying towers. This process not only concentrates the extracts of the coffee, but adds durability to the product, obtaining as a result, a balanced granulated coffee with aroma, intense flavor, sweet notes, and preserving the flavor characteristics of Colombian coffee. Roasted instant coffee
It is a sweet coffee, with an annexation of sugar. This product features a soft cup with caramel notes, low acidity and an accentuated body
Instant coffee powder decaffeinated
A soluble coffee, with a process of dilution of caffeine in the raw grain, cryo concentration and a dehydration of 100% in the roasting process and subsequently infused in a process known as the Spray Dry, which concentrates the extracts of the coffee and adds durability to the product, obtaining as a result, a balanced coffee with aroma, intense flavor and sweet notes, preserving the flavor characteristics of Colombian coffee. This product does not affect the nervous system, is suitable for people with stomach issues, Parkinson's and pregnant women. This product is made with the support of allied companies
Decaffeinated granulated instant coffee
A soluble coffee, with a natural process of decaffeination in the raw bean, a dehydration of 100% in the roasting process and subsequently infused in a process known as the Spray Dry that not only concentrates the extracts of the coffee, but adds durability to the product, obtaining as a result, a balanced cup, sweet notes with the same sensory characteristics as those of an instant coffee without decaffeination, but without the effects of caffeine. Flavored blends and coffees.
These are obtained from the mixture of a roasted coffee combined with different essences and flavors to achieve a good balance of body, flavor and aroma. We use different proportions to get one or another mixture, according to consumer preferences and retains cup qualities.
Coffee extracts
It is the result of an extraction of roasted and concentrated coffee in different levels of soluble solids of coffee and water. Its texture and concentration are ideal to be used as a natural base in the food and beverage industry since they facilitate its fluidity and dilution with different products while preserving the flavor characteristics of Colombian coffee. Our Partners
ANZEAS is an association of small organic coffee producers in the municipality of Anserma, Caldas Department. This association had its beginnings in 2004, under the slogan of having an environmentally healthy, socially fair, culturally acceptable and economically viable coffee crop.
Within the association are the best coffee growers, who grow coffee at an average altitude of 1768 meters above sea level, which gives the coffee outstanding organoleptic qualities such as softness and aroma, and excellent quality of the bean.
This quality has been recognized in several national and international scenarios. In 2005 ANZEAS coffee was recognized in the high-quality coffee contest held by the departmental committee of Coffee Growers at the Manizales fair. For its part, in 2006, Anzeas coffee ranked second worldwide in the Cupping Pavilion, of the XVII Specialty Coffee Fair held between April 7 and 11, 2006 in Charlotte, North Carolina – (United States) by competing with coffees from 74 countries around the world. All this tradition, quality and attributes of excellence have made ANZEAS one of the main allies of Manufacturing Coffee.
